Pay

$42K – $60K annual salary + commission

Description

We are seeking another full-time Web Developer to join our team! This position requires design creativity and production for both digital and print media while developing and implement unique marketing solutions.

  • Design, create, and modify websites
  • Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in web development or other related fields
  • Familiarity with with PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, or other related languages
  • Working knowledge of Adobe products preferred (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Bookkeeper

Pay

Starting @ $12/hour

Description

NuMedia Marketing is sourcing for an experienced part-time bookkeeper.  Job duties include job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, estimating and invoicing, and some general administrative tasks. Experience in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Balance and maintain accurate ledgers for all accounts
  • Process payment for vendor invoicing in a timely manner
  • Monitor office expenses and enter receipts
  • Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
  • Issue invoices and statements to customers
  • Ensure that receivables are processed promptly and accurately
  • Record cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
  • Complete monthly account reconciliations
  • Complete periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
  • Light administrative work including filing and building client relationships

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks desktop software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and create organization in accounts and files
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Graphic/Web Intern

Pay Range

Starting at $10/hour

Description

NuMedia Marketing is seeking a part-time graphic design/web development intern.  Job duties include general website maintenance, print and promo designs, electronic document filing and organizing, and web design. Experience with WordPress or comparable content management systems is required. Any eligible applicant must be currently enrolled as a student.

This position serves as NuMedia Marketing’s point of contact for our clients and vendors.
